Patricia was awesome! She was flexible with the menu proposal and very responsive. She accommodated one of our friends who is gluten intolerant. Her food was unbelievable. She did a five course meal and every course was even more delicious than the one before it! She was fun and friendly and really made our night special!

The scallop appetizer was divine and the halibut in parchment was the best I've ever had.  This was my first private chef experience and I will definitely Patricia again. Her thoughtfulness was very touching from the miniature gluten free brownies in little red boxes to the apple crumble dessert made with fresh picked Michigan apples for my friends visiting from Detroit.  It was such a pleasure to spend time with guests vs in the kitchen even though I love to cook myself.

Patricia is a pro and a lovely person.  She worked with me before to craft a great menu, was responsive, on time, and did what she said she would.  She and Sue did a great job on a wine-country style menu, and even made last minute adjustments when a couple of my guests mentioned they were gluten free during the event.  My kids loved the turkey meatball sliders, the adults loved everything, the wild mushroom quinoa salad, arugula salad with pomegranates and grapes, crusted wild halibut, and chocolate souffle.  Thank you Patricia for a delicious and stress-free event!

I had such great expectations for this dinner party.  I'm happy to say that nobody was disappointed.  A great time was had by all. Patricia has a warm personality and we enjoyed her relaxed and friendly demeanor throughout the entire event.  There were 8 of us and we spent hours hanging out in the kitchen while she prepared.  She was happy to answer questions and let us get right in there to check out what she was doing.  No stress.  We were really able to enjoy the experience. Did I mention the food?  I may dream about the lamb chops for years to come.  I think we will all be dreaming about her strawberry rhubarb desert.  (You don't want to miss that experience!)  Needless to say, we were all impressed with the quality of her cooking. Patricia was happy to offer suggestions for wine pairings and my husband now has a new favorite chardonnay. This was an experience I will never forget.  Worth every dollar and then some.

We rented an estate in Calistoga for my 40th birthday and had Chef Paddy come in and cook dinner for 19 people. She was amazing, and the food was incredible. She even made separate side dishes for people in our party who had food restrictions. Everything from the breads and butters to the italian cookies were great! Chef Paddy and Susan really helped make it a very special night.

Chef Foley arrived on the dot of our agreed-upon time. She is organized, personable, and very tuned-in to the client's wishes and the parameters of the event. We had a graduation brunch for our 17 year old grandaughter. Chef Foley delivered (and more!) what we had agreed upon. The menu was perfect, and she kept an eye on our progress through the meal, which we arranged as a buffet. Our guests were delighted and so were we. NO NEGATIVES to working with Chef Foley. She felt like a member of our family -- because she was so \easy to have\" in our home and kitchen. A talented chef and lovely person.

From cheese plate to dessert course, Chef Paddy and her assistant Kyle provided us with an incredible dining experience and were the perfect combination of professional and personable.  Pre-event communication was timely and thorough, as was her attention to detail with the menu planning -- she also easily accommodated the varied dietary restrictions of our group of 12 gals!  The food was fabulous, course-timing ideal, and she left the kitchen clean and orderly.  I highly recommend her and look forward to having her \chef\" a future event!

We booked Chef Foley 2 days before a casual dinner for a group of 6 at my home. She was the first to respond, easily accessible to discuss the proposed menu and very flexible in making a couple of changes on such short notice. She was organized in updating the menu and outlining what was needed for the night, which I appreciated greatly. I used a variation of her transition to fall menu and it was a huge hit with the other guests. It was an extensive 4 course dinner with an amuse bouche. Every course was delicious but the stand-outs were the corn chowder soup, salmon cooked in parchment paper and the peach cobbler pie with vanilla ice cream. I just realized I almost mentioned the entire menu. The nice added extras were that she brought extra sets of dinner plates and silverware, she prepared a nice grape/cracker/cheese plate for when guests arrived (not included in her menu or at an extra charge) and offered to create an extra dessert plate for the birthday guest. She was super clean as well. All the items were hand-washed and dried. The kitchen was left pristine which was something my meticulous husband appreciated. It was a great experience, my first with Kitchit and with Chef Foley. I'd recommend both highly!

Chef Paddy made my mother's 70th birthday party a wonderful and successful celebration! She was so accommodating and a breeze to work with. She was quick to email and make suggestions for our menu for ten, which included a vegetarian and a bland eater. When our original idea for a lobster feed didn't match our budget, she suggested a compromise of incorporating lobster-infused dishes - they were fabulous! We changed the party size a few times and she was always happy to make updates and keep us abreast of how any changes would impact our budget. Everyone loved the five course dinner she prepared - even my 8 year old nephew who never ate anything other than pasta with cheese before Chef Paddy. She was a joy to have in our kitchen, as was her assistant, Sara. The kitchen was left spotless and my grandmother's fine china and silver were hand-washed (all the dishes she used were) and handled with complete care. We definitely recommend Chef Paddy and hope to have an occasion to hire her again in the future!

It has been six weeks since Patricia came into our home and her, along with her assistant Jason provided us and our guests a night we still haven't forgotten.  This was the first time using Kitchit, but not the last.  We wanted to have a lobster bake themed dinner and Patricia worked with us on the menu of great appetizers and dinner with the Lobsters we personally had shipped from Maine.  After a great dinner the party continued long after Patricia and Jason left and the only thing we had to clean up the next day were the left over late night drinks from our guests.  The kitchen was spotless and nothing for us to do the next day but recover from some very strong drinks.  We will be sure to us Patricia in the future.

Chef Foley was wonderful at our party.  She was so personable with our guests, her food was so yummy and my kitchen was left spotless!  I overheard one guest comment that the enchilada meatball slider was \the best meatball sandwich he had ver tasted!

- Leah M. (San Carlos, CA)

It was wonderful.   Hard to do both a dinner and a cooking class but, Patricia pulled it off wonderfully!  Her food was wonderful, (loved the desert)  and she was very open and friendly about discussing the food with all the guests.  She arrived on time and did a great clean up!

- Nancy S. (Saratoga, CA)

Chef Foley truly made it a seamless, perfect evening. From the food to the service and to her easy going personality. Couldn't have asked for better!!

- Irina F. (San Mateo, CA)

Great evening that went flawlessly. Patricia helped me choose a menu that would fit the diverse guests, gave advice on wine pairings, arrived early and had our entire kitchen and grill figured out with no help needed from me. She and her assistant did a lot of impromptu prep and help including setting up appetizers and even serving the champagne.  A great experience!

- Martin H. (San Jose, CA)

Chef Paddy was fantastic.  Everyone raved about the food and the service. I'm still thinking thinning about the peach mimosas!  This was kind of a non-traditional party as it was held in a nail salon, but Chef Paddy pulled it off with ease.

- Stephanie S. (San Francisco, CA)

Chef Paddy and her help Chris were the perfect fit for our casual cocktails and bocce ball party. Yummy thoughtful, light appetizers, homemade mojitos that just kept flowing. Swift and polite service. All just right.

-Pamela W. (San Francisco, CA)

Paddy was absolutely wonderful.  From our initial communications, to the preparation before dinner, to her incredible meal, to a picture-perfect clean-up -- Paddy truly exceeded my expectations.  She's also a lovely person who goes the extra mile to create a special experience for her clients.  Two thumbs up for Paddy.
